How we handle your information

Aurora Smart Technology collects the information you choose to send us: details from the contact form (name, email, phone, and your message) and the messages you type into the website chat.

How we use it

We use it to answer your questions, prepare proposals, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

The website chat

The chat assistant is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate answers and are stored in our database so our team can follow up. Please do not share passwords, alarm or gate codes, or payment details in the chat.

Storage

Form submissions and chats are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time using the contact form.
